In 2023, it is another year different from the past, where unpredictable market conditions are affecting the industry ecosystem, and almost all enterprises are facing new challenges!

In the changing situation, Enwei needs to adapt to the new requirements put forward by the market, whether it is the adaptation of the company's future development strategic thinking, the examination of market positioning, or the team's spirit and ability.

At a time when General Manager Su Yongguang realized that the Enwei team needed a change in mindset, a renewal of thinking, a reunion of cohesion, and a further improvement in team capabilities, he realized that the more we were busy with "doing practical things" with our heads down, the more we needed to look up and "see the way" in order to have a clearer direction, higher efficiency, and comprehensive ability to serve our customers.

Under the organization of the administrative department and the cooperation of various departments, all employees of Enwei went to Zhoushan, Zhejiang on September 24, 2023, to carry out the theme team building activity of "Beyond Myself, Creating the Future Together".

After staying at a seaside hotel with beautiful scenery and environment, I put down my luggage and held a mobilization meeting for the improvement of the enterprise under the leadership of General Manager Su. General Manager Su gave a keynote speech on "Enhancing Capability and Moving towards High End to Create Boutique Products". Firstly, he reviewed the historical evolution of Enwei since its establishment and analyzed the overall market demand changes such as economy, industry, and user operation status; Then, while acknowledging the team's growth and efforts, as well as their existing abilities, an objective evaluation points out that the team needs higher goals to demand of themselves and find gaps. In terms of building the future capabilities of the team, six requirements have been put forward around how to achieve work results. This meeting is a general mobilization for the future development and management upgrade of Enwei! Through the meeting, a clear signal was conveyed to all members of the department and team, and all members also had a clear understanding and motivation for the subsequent ability improvement and solid execution proposed by refined management and high-quality engineering.

During the meeting, General Manager Su presented an honorary trophy to Ni Linfeng, who was awarded the title of "Best Rotating Chairman" for office management, in recognition of his entrepreneurial spirit of "pursuing results, being responsible, daring to take on responsibilities, and actively finding ways to promote management".

In the afternoon, all members of Enwei came to the sunny beach after the rain to carry out team building activities. All personnel, regardless of department, age, or gender, were fully committed, did their best, and united as one.
